Jason G. Ausman

Jason G. Ausman is the founding attorney of Ausman Law Firm, P.C., L.L.O., and has built his career on helping people who have been injured by negligence. He represents clients in cases involving car accidents, truck and motorcycle collisions, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, slip and falls, and wrongful death. Known for his dedication and trial skills, Jason has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients across Nebraska, including several multimillion-dollar results for families facing life-changing losses.

Jason earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2001 after completing his B.A. in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1998. Admitted to the Nebraska Bar that same year, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Nebraska and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. His academic and professional foundation has allowed him to develop into one of Nebraska’s most respected trial attorneys.

Jason began his career at a small personal injury firm in 2003, representing individuals harmed in accidents and through negligent medical care. In 2007, he founded Ausman Law Firm, P.C., L.L.O., with the mission of delivering personal service and maximum compensation for every client. Beyond representing individuals in Omaha, he has advocated for clients in communities throughout the state. In addition to his trial practice, Jason authored the “Service of Process” chapter in the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys Civil Litigation Practice Manual, a resource relied upon by attorneys statewide.

Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and President of the Nebraska Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Jason G. Ausman is also an active member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the Nebraska State Bar, and the American Association for Justice.
