Jason Findling

Jason Findling is a seasoned criminal defense attorney who defends clients throughout Wisconsin against serious felony charges. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2005. During his time there, he focused his studies on criminal law and trial practice. He gained early hands-on experience as a criminal law clerk and was later accepted into the Public Defender Legal Clinic, where he began litigating cases before graduation.

Jason started his career at the Milwaukee Public Defender’s Office, where he spent four years handling felony-level criminal cases. He developed a strong background in defending charges ranging from misdemeanors to homicides. Jason has specialized knowledge in drug-related offenses and is highly experienced in protecting Fourth Amendment rights and suppressing illegally obtained evidence.

Jason is also widely recognized for his achievements in the legal field.
