Jason Doxey

Jason Doxey began his legal path in Fairbanks, Alaska, working as a paralegal in 2003. That early start gave him practical insight into how the law affects people’s lives. Over time, he developed his skills and built a career focused on helping individuals handle difficult and often life-changing legal challenges.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from the University of Alaska in 2005. He then advanced his education at the University of Maine School of Law, completing his Juris Doctor in 2009. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Alaska, marking the beginning of his professional legal career.

Jason returned to Fairbanks in 2009 and soon began his legal career as an attorney serving clients throughout Alaska. Since then, he has handled a wide range of cases, including personal injury, family law and divorce, criminal defense, and probate matters. He is licensed to practice in both Alaska state courts and federal court, allowing him to offer comprehensive, start-to-finish representation for his clients.

Jason holds firm to the principles of the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Alaska. He has a strong commitment to protecting individual liberties, particularly First and Second Amendment rights.
