Jason Caron

Jason Caron is an attorney with Hodsdon Williams & Caron whose multidisciplinary practice includes litigation, real estate, and general corporate representation. He has more than 25 years of litigation experience representing multinational companies, smaller businesses, and individuals. His work includes products liability, premises liability, and real estate litigation, along with transactional real estate and corporate matters. He brings experience from both contested proceedings and business transactions to client problems.

Jason received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1997 after graduating from Bowdoin College in 1994. His education prepared him for a practice that crosses litigation, real estate, and corporate law. He is admitted in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine. That background supports his ability to move between courtroom advocacy, negotiated resolutions, contract drafting, and transactional planning when client matters involve overlapping legal and business concerns.

Jason has appeared in hundreds of court proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and depositions, and has argued appeals in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and before the Maine Supreme Court. His real estate work includes negotiating and drafting commercial leases for shopping centers, restaurants, schools, industrial properties, biotech facilities, medical facilities, and ground leases. He has also handled corporate formations, successions, contracts, employment disputes, bankruptcy claims, insurance claims, and intellectual property matters.

Jason Caron previously served as a Senior Partner in the Boston office of Luks Santaniello, a Managing Partner at Pond North LLP, and Senior Litigation Counsel at Cummings Properties, LLC. Earlier, he practiced with Preti Flaherty and Goulston & Storrs. This combination of law-firm, litigation, real estate development, and corporate experience helps him evaluate disputes and transactions from several angles while keeping legal strategy connected to the client’s broader objectives.
