Jared Justice

Jared Justice is a defense attorney serving clients in DUI and criminal defense cases across the Portland metro area. His practice is based in Clackamas County and nearby municipal courts. Jared earned his law degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, in Lansing, MI, in 2008. While in law school, he worked as an extern in the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s office, where he gained experience assisting clients with misdemeanor and felony charges.

Jared opened his practice in 2009. Since then, he has defended clients facing charges ranging from petty misdemeanors to serious Measure 11 felonies. His work includes careful case review, legal research, preparation, and advocacy for clients moving through difficult criminal proceedings in Oregon courts today and beyond.

Jared focuses on DUI and criminal defense matters in Clackamas County and the surrounding municipal courts, including West Linn, Lake Oswego, Gladstone, Canby, and Oregon City.
