Jared C. Bowman

Jared C. Bowman is an attorney with Rosing Davidson & Frost whose practice focuses on real estate litigation, contract law, and business disputes. His experience includes boundary disputes, real estate purchase contract claims, undisclosed property defects, ownership disputes, construction conflicts, and disagreements involving HOA boards and members. He also handles claims for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and declaratory judgment.

Jared earned a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2006, where he served as Executive Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review and as president of the student chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Utah in 2003 and was named to the Dean’s List. His education preceded a litigation practice spanning real estate, business, contract, and criminal matters.

Jared has represented clients in disputes between partners and LLC members or managers, claims involving real estate buyers alleging fraud, and trespass and eviction matters. His litigation experience also includes realtor duties, fiduciary duties, and deceptive practices involving consumers. In addition to civil cases, he has represented clients facing felony and misdemeanor criminal charges, including DUI, controlled substance allegations, assault, and other offenses.

Jared C. Bowman is admitted to the Utah State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He received Utah Legal Elite recognition in 2015 and 2021 and Rising Stars recognition from 2016 through 2019. He has also served as president of the Wasatch Bar Association and belongs to Utah State Bar litigation and real estate sections.
