Janice P. Brown serves as Chair of Meyers Nave’s statewide Labor and Employment and Workplace Investigations Practice Groups. With over 35 years of litigation experience, she has handled complex cases across trial, arbitration, and appellate courts. Janice is a renowned legal strategist and advisor trusted by businesses navigating high-stakes employment and commercial disputes.

Janice began her legal career at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she quickly rose to prominence, earning honors such as “Outstanding Trial Attorney” and “Trial Lawyer of the Year.” She later founded Brown Law Group, a successful woman- and minority-owned firm, and earned a national reputation for serving Fortune 50 companies. She now leads teams handling workplace investigations and large-scale employment litigation.
