Elizabeth A. Hart

Elizabeth A. Hart is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who brings a strategic and results-driven approach to catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and elder abuse cases. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from the University of Saint Mary. She then received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, where she made the Dean’s List and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. Her academic foundation laid the groundwork for her courtroom excellence.

Elizabeth began her legal career defending major corporations and insurance companies in high-stakes injury and wrongful death cases. That experience gave her critical insight into how the defense builds its strategies. Eventually, Elizabeth pivoted to the plaintiff’s side, where she now uses her insider knowledge to benefit real people facing serious losses.
