James S. Watson

James S. Watson brings decades of legal experience to clients dealing with business disputes, property matters, and transactional concerns. His background in physical labor and small-town life helped him understand the challenges people face in everyday situations. James earned a B.S. from Murray State University in 1981. He later earned a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1985. James also attended Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. His education provided a strong foundation for his work in real estate law, transactional law, and business litigation.

James is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Kentucky. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1985 and the Kentucky Bar in 1987. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana. Earlier in his career, he served as a Law Clerk for Honorable Gene E. Brooks, Chief Judge of the Southern District of Indiana.

James has spent years assisting individuals, business owners, and property clients with legal matters that affect their goals and future plans. His experience includes handling real estate transactions, resolving business conflicts, and helping clients understand complex legal concerns.
