James R. Hinchliff

James R. Hinchliff is a shareholder at Shindler, Anderson, Goplerud & Weese P.C. in West Des Moines, Iowa. Before joining his current firm, James practiced in Perry, Iowa, where he gained experience in criminal law, tax preparation, estate planning, and real estate. His current litigation includes hearings, jury trials, non-jury trials, and appeals. His representative appellate matters include In re Marriage of Paulsen and In re Marriage of Boysen. He also contributes to the Iowa State Bar Association Family Law Manual and has spoken at its Bloethe Tax School.
