M. Lisa Odom

M. Lisa Odom, Esq., is the founder and managing shareholder of Odom Law Group, APLC, based in Stevenson Ranch, California. Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2004, she has built a career defined by her commitment to protecting clients’ interests in business law, real estate, estate planning, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, probate, and trademark matters. With experience that spans both prominent law firms and national corporations, she provides the depth of knowledge needed to guide individuals, families, and businesses through even the most complex legal challenges.

Lisa graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Law and Society from the University of California, San Diego. She went on to earn her J.D., summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor for the Law Review. While at Pepperdine, she also participated in the London Program and earned multiple Witkin and CALI awards for academic performance. She got admission to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, in addition to the California State Bar. She is also a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association.

Lisa handles multi-million-dollar projects at top Los Angeles law firms, extensively works with major financial institutions, and serves as general counsel for a national retail chain. She is recognized for her expertise in contract drafting, due diligence, and negotiation in high-profile industries. More importantly, she is recognized for building strong client partnerships that emphasize understanding goals and delivering tailored solutions.
