James Hardin

James Hardin is a California employment lawyer who represents employees in disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, medical leaves, employee benefits, privacy violations, class actions, and trade secrets. He founded Hardin Law Group after building experience as a business lawyer and litigator. James earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1999. He earned his B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
