James G. Onder

James G. Onder is a nationally recognized trial attorney with decades of experience in personal injury and mass tort litigation. He is widely respected for holding major corporations accountable and fighting for victims harmed by dangerous products. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Onder has secured more than $5 billion in verdicts and settlements for clients. Mr. Onder earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. He graduated from Washington University School of Business.

Mr. Onder is a nationally recognized mass tort and product liability attorney, known for aggressively fighting corporations on behalf of injured consumers. As one of the first lawyers to file talcum powder ovarian cancer lawsuits, he helped launch what became one of the largest talc cancer litigations in U.S. history. His advocacy has supported more than 20,000 people diagnosed with talc-related cancers and contributed to a landmark $8.9 billion settlement with Johnson & Johnson.

In addition to talc cases, Mr. Onder has served in leadership roles in litigations involving glyphosate, birth control drugs, antidepressants, and more. His contributions include national co-lead counsel positions, committee leadership in federal MDLs, and representation in large-scale class actions and bankruptcy proceedings. These efforts have brought justice to tens of thousands of people harmed by corporate negligence.
