He has represented clients in high-stakes matters involving product defects, medical negligence, nursing home neglect, workplace accidents, and major commercial conflicts. His courtroom skill and strategic approach have led to significant victories, such as a $7.5 million product liability verdict with punitive damages and numerous million-dollar outcomes in motor vehicle, malpractice, and workplace accident cases. His role as lead counsel in the Ethan Allen tour boat disaster demonstrated his ability to guide families through complex, multi-court litigation while pursuing justice at every level, including the New York State Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
