James D. Buser

James D. Buser is a partner at Pansing Hogan Ernst & Buser LLP with a practice focused on commercial real estate and business transactions. He represents both lenders and borrowers in acquisition, construction, and permanent financing, as well as working capital lines of credit. His work also includes guiding clients through real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and complex development projects.

Mr. Buser earned his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa and his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Iowa and is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
