Brian J. Levy is a seasoned creditors’ rights and litigation partner representing financial institutions, non-traditional lenders, mortgage servicers, secondary debt purchasers, and other creditors. He provides strategic counsel in loan workouts, restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, real estate foreclosures, post-judgment enforcement, and litigation under the Uniform Commercial Code and Uniform Voidable Transactions Act.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Kentucky, with extensive federal and state court admissions, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and multiple U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.
Brian’s litigation experience includes defending against lender liability claims, handling wrongful foreclosure and statutory violation cases, and recovering disputed assets for clients. He has obtained dismissals, summary judgments, and favorable settlements in high-stakes matters, including real estate disputes, Ponzi scheme recoveries, and complex commercial claims.
