James B. Pittleman

James B. Pittleman is a Reston, Virginia, attorney and firm founder with 50 years of experience advising successful businesses and individuals. He concentrates his practice on tax, corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, wealth preservation, and business succession. Pittleman earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1966. He received his B.S. in Accounting and Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1962, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma.
