James Austin Galloway

James Austin Galloway, Esquire, is the founder of the Galloway Law Firm of Ponte Vedra Beach, PLLC, where he provides skilled legal representation in immigration, family, and civil litigation matters. Dedicated to serving clients throughout Northeast Florida, he combines compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues to help individuals and families achieve favorable outcomes with integrity and care.

Mr. Galloway earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013, a B.A. in Social Science from Florida State University, and an A.A. from Tallahassee Community College. During law school, he studied abroad in Saigon, Vietnam, and served in the Student Bar Association. His academic excellence and global perspective have shaped his analytical and client-centered approach to legal advocacy, ensuring thorough and thoughtful representation in every case.

Since establishing his firm in 2017, Mr. Galloway has expanded his practice to include employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and related family law matters such as adoption, divorce, and modification of support and custody. His experience also extends to estate planning and civil litigation involving contracts, civil rights, and land use disputes. His mission is to provide clients with clear guidance, practical solutions, and steadfast advocacy through every stage of their legal journey.
