Jade Carpenter

Jade Carpenter is a dedicated attorney who focuses her practice on helping entrepreneurs protect their ideas, operations, and long-term goals. As the founding attorney of Zeidman & Carpenter PLLC, she provides guidance in estate planning, small business matters, trademarks, contracts, and related legal needs. Jade earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School (now UIC Law), her M.B.A. from Elmhurst College, and her B.A. from Capital University. This combination of legal and business training allows her to address both the strategic and operational needs of her clients. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, enabling her to navigate both state and federal matters.

Jade assists clients with a wide range of legal services, including small business formation, trademarks, contracts, real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, personal injury, and Condo/HOA issues.
