Jacqueline began her legal career by focusing on immigration law, where she gained hands-on experience in courts across the United States. She appeared before immigration courts in multiple cities, building a strong foundation in litigation and client advocacy while handling a wide range of immigration-related matters.

Jacqueline has also worked extensively at the appellate level, strengthening her ability to handle complex legal arguments and procedural challenges. In 2017, she was admitted to the 5th Circuit of Appeals, allowing her to expand her advocacy and represent clients in higher-level proceedings with greater depth and strategy.
