Jacqueline G. Hrovat is a Shareholder and the firm’s current President. She has extensive experience in real estate development, finance, and commercial leasing. She represents major commercial real estate lenders in complex financing transactions across both local and national markets.

Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001. She also received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. Her education supports her ability to handle complex legal matters in real estate, finance, and business transactions.

Jacqueline focuses her practice on real estate, lending and finance, and business or corporate matters. She works closely with lenders on complicated financing transactions. Her approach combines clear guidance with practical solutions that help clients move forward with confidence in their business decisions.

Jacqueline also represents developers and owners of multi-family, office, and retail portfolios. She partners with Milwaukee-based urban developers on non-traditional transactions.
