Jacqueline Delgado

Jacqueline Delgado is a South Florida immigration lawyer who represents businesses, investors, workers, and families in visa, green card, naturalization, asylum, and humanitarian matters. Her business immigration practice includes EB-5, E-2, H-1B, L-1, O, P, J-1, and H-2B cases. Through direct guidance, she helps clients understand requirements, deadlines, and practical options.

Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Miami in 2004. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007.
