About
Jacqueline Bretell is a dedicated personal injury lawyer at Bighorn Law, with extensive experience protecting the rights of people who have been severely injured. She began her legal career after passing the Nevada bar at just 23 years old. Jacqueline started working for a top insurance defense firm in Nevada, where she gained valuable insight into how insurance companies handle claims. This experience helped her understand the strategies insurers use, which she now uses to better represent her clients.
Jacqueline earned a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Later, she attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where she received her J.D. She also earned a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting from Mercer’s highly ranked legal writing program. She was recognized for her strong oral advocacy skills by being selected for The Order of Barristers, a national honor society.
Jacqueline has been committed to helping injured clients receive fair compensation throughout her career. She currently works at Bighorn Law, where she focuses on personal injury cases. She is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, groups that recognize top trial lawyers.
Jacqueline Bretell is also involved in community work, serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for The Cupcake Girls, a nonprofit that supports victims of domestic sex trafficking. She continues to fight passionately for her clients, using her knowledge and experience to stand up against insurance companies and secure justice.
