Jacob R. White

Jacob R. White is an associate in the Nashville office of Dickinson Wright. Known professionally as Jake White, he advises real estate developers and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and ongoing operations. His corporate practice also includes mergers and acquisitions and governance matters for public and private companies. He works with clients in hospitality, tourism, technology, manufacturing, entertainment, home services, and healthcare.

Jake earned a J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2022, graduating cum laude. He previously received a B.S. in Forensic Psychology from DeSales University in 2019, also with cum laude honors. His legal and undergraduate education supports the analysis of business relationships, transactional documents, and legal obligations that arise when clients purchase property, operate enterprises, or pursue acquisitions.
