Andrew M. Wolfenson is the founder and senior partner of Wolfenson & Ashkenazi, P.C., with offices in Union and Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. He represents clients in family law, divorce, custody, child support, bankruptcy, estate planning and administration, real estate, civil litigation, business matters, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal and municipal court matters. Mr. Wolfenson focuses on practical solutions for individuals, families, and businesses facing important legal decisions.
Mr. Wolfenson earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served on the Fordham International Law Journal. He also received a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College. His legal education and academic writing experience support his careful analysis of complex disputes, appeals, estate issues, real estate matters, and family law concerns. Mr. Wolfenson practices in courts throughout North and Central New Jersey and has handled matters that require both litigation skill and practical planning. His advocacy in A.J. v. He has also been appointed by courts to serve as administrator of contested estates, mediator, and fiscal agent.
