Jaclyn Gaddy

Jaclyn J. Gaddy is a Personal Injury Attorney and Partner at Russell & Hill – Injury & Accident Attorneys. She represents clients in western Washington and works from the Everett office. She focuses on helping injured individuals and guiding them through the legal process.

Jaclyn earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating cum laude. She also holds a B.A. from Eastern Washington University. Her education provided a strong foundation for her legal career and prepared her to handle both personal injury and disability matters.

Jaclyn began her career working for Disability Determination Services as an adjudicator. In that role, she evaluated eligibility for Social Security Disability benefits. This experience gave her valuable insight into the disability process and helped her better understand her clients’ needs.

Jaclyn spent her early years at Russell & Hill assisting clients with Social Security Disability claims. She used her background to help individuals navigate the system and obtain the benefits they deserved. Her work required careful attention to detail and strong client communication.
