Jack Barber

Jack Barber is a litigation partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, who advises public companies, private equity firms, portfolio businesses, and accounting firms on significant legal and regulatory matters. Jack earned a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, and graduated cum laude. He also received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. The combination of legal training and accounting knowledge supports his work on financial statements, disclosures, auditing standards, securities filings, and complex investigations. His experience also includes securities class actions, trade secret disputes, non competition litigation, and professional liability matters. Before joining Latham & Watkins LLP, he served as assistant general counsel at a national accounting firm and practiced at a litigation boutique.
