J.B. Dilsheimer

J.B. Dilsheimer, Esq., is a partner and seasoned trial attorney at Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway. He brings decades of experience litigating catastrophic injury cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, the District of Columbia, and across the U.S. His work spans personal injury, construction accidents, wrongful death, and product liability matters.

J.B. earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1992, where he also served as Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review. He previously graduated magna cum laude from Bowdoin College in 1988 and cum laude from The Haverford School in 1984. His academic rigor supports his strategic, analytical approach in complex trial settings.

Before joining his current firm, J.B. practiced with Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky, focusing on high-value personal injury and commercial cases. He has obtained several multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts, including a $4.5 million settlement for an injured security guard and a $3.8 million verdict in a rear-end collision case. His 2010 Monroe County jury verdict was named a “Top PA Verdict” by The National Law Journal.

J.B. has successfully tried cases involving traumatic brain injury, medical malpractice, FELA, dram shop liability, and more. He is deeply committed to justice for victims of negligence and unsafe conditions, and many of his case outcomes—though confidential—are among the firm’s most prominent. His litigation skill and client-first approach make him a trusted advocate in high-stakes matters.

A respected member of the legal community, J.B. Dilsheimer is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He presents CLE programs for PBI and contributes to pro bono initiatives, serving on the boards of the Philadelphia Committee to End Homelessness and Gift of Life, a regional organ donation organization.
