Indera DeMine immigrated to the United States from Guyana in 2002, bringing with her a deep appreciation for the immigrant experience that would later define her legal career. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Hunter College in New York City before completing her Juris Doctorate at Ave Maria School of Law in 2012.
Immediately after graduating, Ms. DeMine began practicing immigration law in Fort Myers, where she gained broad experience serving individuals navigating complex legal processes. In 2016, she founded DeMine Immigration Law Firm, P.A., an immigration-only practice dedicated to guiding clients through each step of their journey with clarity, compassion, and dependable advocacy.
As an immigrant and naturalized U.S. citizen, Ms. DeMine understands the challenges faced by individuals seeking lawful status, relief, or permanent residency.
