Ian Hargreaves

Ian Hargreaves is an Associate Attorney with the Federal Practice Group whose practice focuses on government contracts and federal civil litigation. He counsels and represents government contractors in bid protests, size protests, solicitation reviews, contract performance disputes, and administrative law matters. His work also covers terminations, constructive changes, equitable adjustment requests, Buy American compliance, domestic sourcing rules, prime contractor-subcontractor disputes, suspension, and debarment proceedings.

Hargreaves earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School with a concentration in Government Procurement.
