Hugh Francis is a member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell PLC in Memphis, Tennessee, whose practice focuses on health care law and civil defense litigation. Francis represents health care providers in medical malpractice matters and also defends other professionals accused of civil liability. His practice includes insurance defense, professional liability, and tort litigation, with work centered on helping physicians and other providers address serious claims through careful case preparation, motion practice, and trial advocacy.

Francis earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2013 and a B.A. from Furman University in 2010. He has served as secretary, vice chairman, and chairman of the Memphis Bar Association Health Law Section and has spoken on health care liability and civil litigation.
