Howard W. Bailey, Esq., brings over forty years of experience in criminal law, including more than thirty years as a successful trial attorney. A graduate of New York Law School in 1987, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey. He has defended clients statewide against charges ranging from domestic violence and sex assault to racketeering and murder.
Mr. Bailey’s practice encompasses representation in complex cases involving official misconduct, drug trafficking, robbery, carjacking, insurance fraud, and related matters, including Megan’s Law, restraining orders, extraditions, probation violations, DWI, and motor vehicle offenses. His record of effective advocacy demonstrates both his courtroom skill and his unwavering commitment to client defense.
Before establishing his Newark criminal defense practice, Mr. Bailey served as a police officer and later as an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor.
