Heather M. Fithian Romansky

Heather M. Fithian Romansky is a business lawyer and associate in Potter Anderson’s Transactions group in Wilmington. Her practice focuses on Transactions and Corporate Counseling. She joined the firm after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to Vice Chancellor Bonnie W. David and Magistrate David Hume, IV of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
