Heath began his academic path at Mesa Community College, where he earned an Associate of Arts degree. He later attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completing a degree in Accountancy. Heath continued his education at Sandra Day O’Connor College, where he earned a Juris Doctor, building a strong legal foundation.
Heath developed valuable professional skills early in his career while working as an Assistant Controller with Sears Financial Services. In that role, he managed financial statements, payroll, budgeting, tax compliance matters, and complex projects. This experience strengthened his analytical abilities and provided practical insight into business operations and financial decision-making.
Heath later worked with Accenture on projects involving American Express, where he handled software testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and client training. These responsibilities sharpened his problem-solving skills and reinforced his ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders while delivering solutions that addressed technical and operational challenges.
Heath has twenty-two (22) years of litigation experience and practices in litigation, real estate law, business law, contracts, probate law, and family law. His background also includes experience in personal injury, criminal law, tax law, administrative law, and licensing matters. Heath has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona for seventeen (17) years.
Heath focuses on reducing conflict whenever possible by drafting precise documents that account for relevant facts and legal considerations. He believes strong agreements can prevent disputes before they arise, saving clients time, expense, and unnecessary stress through proactive legal planning.
