Harry H. Schneider is a nationally recognized trial attorney with over 40 years of courtroom experience. Known for his strategic thinking and respected courtroom demeanor, he has represented major clients in trials, appeals, arbitrations, and complex litigation. His work spans commercial, intellectual property, environmental, and securities disputes.
Harry earned his A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1976, followed by a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1979. His education laid the foundation for a legal career distinguished by litigation excellence and respected leadership in trial advocacy.
Harry has tried cases for major companies such as Amazon, General Motors, IMDb, and Puget Sound Energy. His casework includes professional liability, fraud, consumer protection, privacy, and environmental claims. He has filed more than 100 copyright infringement cases for ASCAP members, with several successfully tried to judgment.
Henry’s notable pro bono cases include defending Salim Hamdan before the Supreme Court and Military Commission and representing clients in civil rights and clemency matters. His work has led to meaningful outcomes in precedent-setting cases and life sentence commutations.
Harry is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been inducted into the International Society of Barristers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has served on boards and as president of multiple legal organizations and contributed to advocacy training across Africa through Justice Advocacy Africa.
