Nicholas F. Labor

Nicholas F. Labor is a Shareholder in the litigation practice group. He represents individuals and companies in complex commercial disputes. His legal focus includes business litigation, franchise law, antitrust, trademark, and real estate conflicts. Nick regularly appears in state and federal courts before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, delivering sharp, strategic advocacy in high-stakes matters.

Nick earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Richard B. Caschette. He holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from Colorado Mesa University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, including the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts and the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Before law school, Nick worked with nonprofits including Partners and Ariel Clinical Services, providing mentorship and support to at-risk youth. His dedication to public service earned him the City of Steamboat Springs Youth Philanthropist of the Year Award—early proof of his long-standing commitment to meaningful, community-focused advocacy.
