Harley J. Goldstein is widely regarded for his strategic leadership in business restructurings, bankruptcies, and complex financial reorganizations. Goldstein earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997 and received his B.A. from Arizona State University in 1994. Admitted to practice in 1998, he has since become known for pairing legal precision with business insight, enabling him to navigate some of the most high-profile corporate insolvency proceedings in the country.
Goldstein received early recognition for his legal skill, becoming the youngest honoree on the 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch list by Law Bulletin Publishing Company.
