Haley Matson

Haley Matson is an attorney at McIntyre Elder Law, a North Carolina practice serving clients with estate planning and elder law needs. Her education connects research and complex financial subject matter with practical legal problem solving.

Before joining McIntyre Elder Law, Haley worked with regulatory compliance and banking-related legal issues. This experience gives her familiarity with the importance of written requirements, financial matters, and careful documentation. Her current law firm handles estate planning, long-term care and Medicaid planning, probate and estate administration, and related elder law matters. Within this environment, she contributes legal research and client support to planning-focused legal work.

Haley Matson returned to North Carolina after completing law school and became a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. She values engaging directly with clients and undertaking legal research. Her background in financial and regulatory questions is relevant to the documentation and planning issues families encounter when addressing future care, asset management, and estate matters. She brings recent legal training and prior professional experience to the firm’s elder law practice.
