Haley C. Davis

Haley C. Davis is a dedicated attorney focusing on matrimonial and family law. As an associate at Rossway Swan, she helps clients navigate legal matters related to family disputes, divorce, support issues, and equitable distribution. Her experience working with the judicial system and legal organizations has strengthened her ability to provide effective legal solutions. Haley is committed to ensuring individuals receive proper legal representation, especially in complex family law cases.

Haley earned her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law in 2021. She also received both a B.A. and B.S., summa cum laude, from Florida State University, with minors in Spanish and Economics. During law school, she actively participated in the Florida State University Law Review, serving as Article Selection Editor for the journal’s online publication.

Haley’s legal career began with hands-on experience in family law. She worked as a judicial extern for the family law bench in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit, assisting in legal proceedings. She also served as a clinical student in the Veteran’s Legal Clinic, where she helped veterans with family law and housing matters. Her contributions to pro bono work earned her the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award from the College of Law.

Since joining Rossway Swan in 2021, Haley has continued to advocate for families. In 2023, she became one of the inaugural attorneys for Access to Justice of Indian River County, providing pro bono family law consultation to individuals in need. This initiative aims to connect people with legal resources and promote fairness in the justice system.

Haley C. Davis is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, contributing to Equitable Distribution, Support Issues, and Rules and Forms Committees. She is also involved in the Brevard County Bar Association and Indian River County Bar Association. Recognized for her legal skills, she was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2024. Haley continues to advocate for families, ensuring they receive fair representation in legal matters.
