Gregory J. Jordan is a highly experienced attorney with a career spanning over four decades. He focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, contracts, financial restructuring, and creditors’ rights. Since being sworn into practice in 1984, he has represented small and mid-sized businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, and various financial institutions.

Mr. Jordan’s expertise includes complex corporate matters, restructuring cases, and loan enforcement. He also advises clients on business transactions, including contract drafting and corporate formations. Mr. Jordan has been recognized by Super Lawyers and holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, reflecting his legal excellence and ethical standards.

Mr. Jordan earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1984. He previously completed his BBA in Finance at the University of Notre Dame in 1981, earning Dean’s List honors in 1977. This strong academic background in both law and finance provides the foundation for his deep legal expertise and strategic, results-focused problem-solving skills.

Mr. Jordan has helped numerous businesses and individuals navigate complex legal issues throughout his career. He has represented clients in reorganization cases, creditor bankruptcy matters, and financial restructuring. His work has played a key role in helping businesses stay afloat during financial distress while protecting creditors’ rights. He has also assisted in forming corporations and LLCs, helping businesses establish a strong legal foundation. His expertise extends to litigation, where he has handled cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, multiple U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Beyond practicing law, Gregory J. Jordan has contributed to legal education by publishing articles on business and insolvency issues. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Notre Dame Executive MBA Program and has spoken at national conferences on restructuring and financial matters.
