Gregory J. Jordan

Gregory J. Jordan is a highly experienced attorney with a career spanning over four decades. He focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, contracts, financial restructuring, and creditors’ rights. Since being sworn into practice in 1984, he has represented small and mid-sized businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, and various financial institutions.

Mr. Jordan’s expertise includes complex corporate matters, restructuring cases, and loan enforcement. He also advises clients on business transactions, including contract drafting and corporate formations. Mr. Jordan has been recognized by Super Lawyers and holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, reflecting his legal excellence and ethical standards.

Mr. Jordan earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1984. He previously completed his BBA in Finance at the University of Notre Dame in 1981, earning Dean’s List honors in 1977.
