Grace E. Robol

Grace E. Robol is a partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. who represents injured clients in New Jersey personal injury litigation. Her practice includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip-and-fall claims, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, pedestrian accidents, and product liability matters. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and brings trial experience to complex negligence claims.

Robol earned a B.A. from The College of New Jersey and a J.D. from California Western School of Law. During college, she interned for the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. In law school, she served on the Moot Court Honors Board, received a Mediation Achievement Award, and interned for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia in the Southern District of California.

Robol has practiced in New Jersey since 2011 and is admitted to the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. She joined Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in 2018 and became a partner in 2025.
