Giovanni earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio, becoming a proud first-generation graduate. Giovanni went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, where he excelled academically. He earned multiple Dean’s List recognitions and received the CALI Award for excellence in legal writing. Giovanni also enhanced his negotiation and mediation skills through the Harvard Program on Negotiation in Boston, Massachusetts, becoming a certified mediator.
