Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 1997. She later pursued her legal education and obtained her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law, completing the academic foundation required for her career as an attorney.

Gina began her career as a paralegal in a family law firm in Milwaukee, where she quickly built practical knowledge of legal procedures. Within a short time, she transitioned to a boutique firm, contributing to a legal team that secured a significant punitive damages jury verdict in Wisconsin.
