About

Nicholas Cook is an employment, municipal, and business lawyer who provides practical legal guidance to clients across Arizona at Fitzgibbons Law Offices, P.L.C. He advises employers, employees, companies, and public bodies on important legal matters that affect daily operations and long-term planning. His work focuses on helping clients understand the law, reduce risk, and make sound decisions. Through careful analysis and steady counsel, he supports clients facing workplace issues, business concerns, and municipal matters with a professional, solution-driven approach across Arizona communities.

Nicholas earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, in 2017. He also received a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Legal Studies, from the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, in 2013. His academic training gave him a strong base in legal reasoning, business structure, and problem-solving. That background continues to support his work in business law, labor and employment matters, and municipal law for a wide range of clients.

Nicholas built experience through several legal roles that strengthened his understanding of the law in action before joining the practice as an attorney. He served as a judicial extern with the Arizona Court of Appeals, worked as a legal extern for the City of Tempe, and completed a legal internship with U-Haul Enterprises, Inc. He also worked as a legal clerk at Fitzgibbons Law. These roles helped him develop courtroom insight, research skills, and a practical understanding of how legal issues affect businesses, government entities, and working people.

Nicholas Cook has helped people by guiding clients through business decisions, workplace matters, and municipal legal issues with care and clarity. He works in business law, municipal law, and employment law for employees and employers. His service has been recognized through repeated selection to Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Business Organizations, Labor and Employment Law – Management, and Municipal Law. He also supports veterans through volunteer service that connects them with interviews, housing resources, and needed community assistance.
