Gerald McKenzie

Gerald McKenzie is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients throughout the United States for more than 25 years. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury matters, including cases involving automobiles, trucks, trains, airplanes, bicycles, and pedestrians. He is committed to helping clients pursue fair outcomes through skilled and effective representation.

Gerald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Swarthmore College. He later received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. His education supports his practical approach to complex legal matters.

Gerald represents clients in personal injury, probate, and estate planning matters. He is a member of The Florida Bar and has also been a member of the National Bar Association and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association. His legal experience includes serving as a former Assistant Florida State Prosecutor in Florida’s First Judicial District.

Gerald has maintained strong involvement in professional and community organizations throughout his career. He has served on the Boards of the Boys and Girls Club and the One Hundred Black Men of Pensacola, Inc. His leadership experience also includes service with several banking institutions and regional chambers of commerce.

Gerald McKenzie currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Most Worshipful Union Grand Lodge Foundation, Inc., the charitable arm of Florida’s Prince Hall Masons. He has also served as a partner at McKenzie and Allen and as a trial attorney at Emmanuel, Sheppard, and Condon Law Firm in Pensacola, Florida, further strengthening his extensive legal background.
