Gerald D. Johnson

Gerald D. Johnson is the managing partner of Johnson & Pekny, LLC, a Nebraska law firm serving clients in Omaha, Plattsmouth, and Blair. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy and estate planning, helping individuals and families address financial pressure, prepare for the future, and manage probate matters. His work includes consumer bankruptcy, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, and estate administration.

Jerry earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2003. He also received an M.A. in Criminal Justice Research from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2000 and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of South Dakota in 1997.
