George D. Flowers

George D. Flowers is a skilled Alabama criminal defense attorney with more than 22 years of experience. He focuses entirely on defending clients charged with DUI and other criminal offenses. Known for his aggressive approach and deep knowledge of the law, he has handled over 1,000 successful cases across Alabama. Mr. Flowers has worked as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, giving him insight into both sides of the courtroom. He is committed to helping clients avoid convictions, reduce charges, or get their cases dismissed.

Mr. Flowers graduated in History from Huntingdon College. He went on to complete his J.D. at Mississippi College School of Law. While in law school, he interned with the Supreme Court of Mississippi, gaining valuable early experience in legal research and appeals.

Mr. Flowers began his legal career at the Alabama Attorney General’s Office as Deputy Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Division after law school. He later served as a law clerk at the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. He also worked as a DUI prosecutor in Montgomery County, where he was the first attorney in the state to prosecute a case using the Draeger Alcotest MK-III-C breath machine. In 1999, he joined Price Law Firm and became a partner in 2005. In 2020, he opened his solo practice to continue serving those facing DUI and criminal charges.

George D. Flowers is a member of several respected legal groups, including the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has attended and presented at many DUI defense seminars across the country. His training includes multiple sessions at the National College for DUI Defense and appearances as a speaker on DUI law, breath testing, and interlock devices. Mr. Flowers offers strong, experienced defense for clients who are serious about protecting their rights.
