Geoffrey C. Lyon

Geoffrey C. Lyon Esq., is a California employment lawyer, president, and owner at Lyon Law PC with more than 30 years of courtroom experience representing employees in workplace disputes. Geoffrey earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. He served as Student Director of the Federal Income Tax Clinic and completed a judicial internship. He previously earned an A.S. in Aviation Technology from Northeastern University, graduating cum laude. His academic record included Dean’s List recognition at the two undergraduate institutions.

Geoffrey has litigated hundreds of cases and handled dozens of trials and arbitrations. His experience includes hundreds of court appearances, mediations, and thousands of depositions. He has argued before the US Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits and the California Court of Appeal. Earlier in his career, he served as a judicial law clerk and worked as a litigation associate at two law firms.
