Gennady Voldz

Gennady Voldz is the owner and founder of Voldz Law, P.C., a New York City trial firm focused on plaintiff-side personal injury law matters. His practice includes general negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, municipal liability, premises liability, and criminal defense. He handles trial preparation and courtroom presentation for cases referred by personal injury firms and has secured numerous jury verdicts and settlements for injured clients.

Gennady earned his B.S. from Stony Brook University in 2010 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 2014. His legal education prepared him for a litigation career centered on trial advocacy and case preparation. Since entering practice, he has built experience representing clients in New York state courts and developing strategies for matters involving serious injuries, negligence claims, liability disputes, and criminal defense issues requiring detailed factual and legal analysis.
