Geetha Nadiminti Adinata is a seasoned attorney who focuses on business immigration and corporate compliance matters. She guides employers through complex immigration systems, helping companies meet workforce goals while managing legal risk. Her practice covers temporary and permanent visa strategies, corporate immigration planning, and proactive compliance solutions for evolving business needs.

Geetha earned her B.A. in 1998 from Northwestern University. She later received her J.D., cum laude, in 2005 from the University of Florida College of Law. Her academic training strengthened her research, writing, and analytical skills, building a solid foundation for advising employers on detailed immigration regulations and compliance frameworks.

Geetha works with local, national, and multinational companies to design practical immigration strategies for foreign workers. She manages the full spectrum of temporary visa categories such as H-1B, L-1, E-2, and TN, as well as permanent visa options through the green card process. She also advises on immigration considerations in mergers and acquisitions and responds to complex Immigration Service Requests for Evidence.

Geetha counsels employers on I-9 and E-Verify compliance, helping identify gaps in internal procedures and reduce exposure during audits. She prepares detailed I-9 policies, conducts training for management and HR teams, and advises on federal and state E-Verify rules. She also manages workforce enforcement matters, including ICE I-9 Audits and ICE raids, and negotiates reduced fines and mitigated penalties through ICE.
